HPL paper faced honeycomb board is a sandwich kind material with paper honeycomb sandwich, prepreg and HPL veneer. Paper honeycombs are generally made from aramid paper which is impregnated with phenolic resin. The prepreg is made of epoxy resin impregnated with glass fiber cloth and plays a reinforcing role between the paper honeycomb core and HPL.
